Ingredients:

  • Whey (paneer water) – 2 cups.
  • or Veg. stalk.
  • Cabbage – 1/4 in no diced.
  • Mushroom – 1/2 cup.
  • Spring onions – 1 stalks chopped.
  • Olive oil – ½ tsp.
  • Salt & pepper – according to taste.

Method:

  • Heat oil in a vessel & stir fry chopped onion bulb until done.
  • Add all veggies & stir fry.
  • Add whey water cook until 1 boil.
  • Add salt & pepper.
