Mushroom & Parsley Soup

Ingredients:

  • Mushroom – 6 – 7 in no.
  • Parsley – 2 stalks.
  • Salt, black pepper – according to taste.
  • Chilli Sauce – ½ tsp.
  • Soy sauce – ½ tsp.
  • Butter – 1 tsp.

Method:

  • Heat butter in a vessel, add chopped mushrooms & parsley.
  • Add soy, chilli sauce, salt & pepper.
  • Boil for 5 – 10mins until done.
  • Serve piping hot.
